Convenient location near restaurants, boutiques, and major attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Quirky set-up with apartments in a residential building. Useful amenities like fridge and kettle. a pleasant and comfortable stay. 👍

We did not like the fact that the website rooms were unlike the one which we stayed in. The hotel was listed as a 15 century convent, but it appeared that a numbers of rooms were remodeled and had a nice bathrooms. This was misleading when we saw our room. Unfortuniately ours was a little sparse, neither the phone nor the TV did not worked. Breakfast was fine. There was not always a staff person who spoke English.

This hotel was in a great location. We walked to everything it was so close. The staff were all quite friendly.
There is no elevator which involved going up 8 flights of stairs with 10 steps per flight before we reached our floor. We were told we were on the 4th floor, but we climbed 8 flights every time we went to our room and there were apartments on each landing.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming, lively neighborhood. The rooms are individually decorated with antique fixtures, giving them a unique charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with the metro station and famous landmarks such as the Colosseum just a short walk away.
One small area for improvement could be the breakfast options, as some guests mentioned that there was no milk available on their first morning. However, overall, this hotel provides a fantastic experience for an amazing value.

The hotel is poorly marked, the "front lobby" area has a foul smell and is very dirty. The lady at the desk was rude. The description of the hotel is false to what it actually is. The rooms were not well kept; our bedroom was only secrured by a little padlock. It was not a pleasant stay.

Very low level of comfort. The staffs are not too smiley. It is not a hotel, it is a improvisation in an old house, converted apartment to 4 floor of a block of flats on a narrow street in hotel rooms with regard, landscape to the neighbors across the street.
Poor breakfast, breakfast is served in another location, not have any lift, to 4 floor .The internet did not work. The rooms are small and very noisy, the hall is crowded.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel! the location was perfect - tucked away in a lovely street amongst others with plenty of atmosphere. It was also within walking distance to all the attractions, so we didn't have to rely on public transportation much. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist us whenever we needed anything, even going out of their way to provide us with an iron when we requested it. Lastly, the rooms on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the street were simply charming. It added a touch of romance and allowed us to soak in the bustling Italian atmosphere.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

Very warm welcome by the owner, Lucia. Good walking distance to the Colosseum (10 min)
the beds had a bit of a 'hole' (but your own bed at home is always the best :-)

Breakfast and location
The service was quite poor. The reception desk was closed for long periods of time, including a couple hours while the manager went to dinner in the evening, and in the morning before 10am. There is an air conditioner in the room, but the remote was missing and reception would not provide another one. The bathroom window was broken and fixed using tape. Poor facilities and poor service even for a budget hotel. Value not worth the money. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center. The value for money was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with lovely furniture and a small balcony overlooking the street. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in time. The basic amenities were all there, and I especially appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Location is excelent ( 30 min by walk max. From all famous places of interest).
Hotel proposes buffet breakfast, but it is not true. They have only baking, no cheese, no eggs, no ham, yoghurt not every morning. No normal lobby. Rooms are situated on different floors between privite flats.

The location was nice, about 5 minutes walking to the Coliseum and about 10 minutes from Termini Train Station. The room was clean. The bed was made every day. The towels were changed every day. Although we didn’t need use it, we noticed that the air conditioning was of a very good quality (very silent and efficient). Looking out from the window onto the narrow street was charming, gave me the impression of staying in a typical Italian home. There are restaurants, including the one where the breakfast served, or small stores you can grab a sack or something to drink nearby.
The breakfast was rather light and with lots of sweet stuff (croissant or some other sweet cookie, yogurt with fruits, fresh fruits, milk and cornflakes) - but I understand that is also typical Italian. The light in the room was very poor. The bathroom door was squeaking - not very pleasant for the other people if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. You could also hear some noise from the street, but after walking the whole day in Rome you can be rather tired to notice that. We had to pay cash. The wifi internet was not working in our room.

Great location near Colosseum, charismatic ceiling, helpful and charismatic staff, mini fridge and hair dryer available, additional free tea service, kind receptionist with a dog.
Everything was spot on.

Hotel location was very good, closed to the most important turistic places of Rome.Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull. It was possible an early check in, and they also arranged transportation airport-hotel. Breakfast included a very good cappucino and some delicious cakes.

It is an unusual place for somebody from the US. I snot truly a hotel, rather an "italian bed & breakfast".
